Meet The Team

Managing Director
Conor
Having left school at 18 without any idea of what career path to go down, I have spent the last 4 years working with some of the UK's biggest brands on early careers talent campaigns and helping young people (just like me!) to find the pathway that is right for them.
I am passionate about helping young people find the right career for them, in the same way that I found my career pathway. I enjoy managing business growth and strategy, I was thrilled to take over as MD in September 2021.
Alongside my work at NGTU, I also run my own consultancy to support smaller businesses outline their vision and plan their business strategy.

Customer Success Manager
Parisha
I joined the business just before receiving my A-Level results back in July 2017. During school I was a part time assistant at the Card Factory, but I always knew I wanted to do an apprenticeship!
NGTU gave me the experience of the working world, whilst getting paid to study and learn at the same time! It was the best decision I ever made and have been a part of the customer success team ever since. My journey has given me a great understanding of our values here at NGTU and the alternative paths to university.
In my spare time I love reading (bookworm), keeping fit and socialising with my friends and family!

Head of Customer Success
Naomi
I am Naomi and I head up the Customer Success team at Not Going To Uni. I started working here over a decade ago as a marketing intern on a placement year from university, continued working whilst completing my degree... and the rest is history!
When finishing my A-Levels I was never exposed to all of the fantastic opportunities that exist outside of the university route which in turn has led me to have a real passion for what I do now.
When I am not working, I am a mummy to a toddler (the highlight of being at work is being able to drink a hot coffee!). And when I have time to myself I enjoy shopping, spending time with family and friends and exploring nice restaurants!

Senior Partnerships Manager
Nerys
Nerys Joined in January 2016, commencing her NGTU journey in the campaign team, then moving to the partnership side of the business in 2018.
Passionate and experienced in the early careers space, with previous roles at a US law firm (not quite Suits but just as enjoyable), as well as starting her working life at Maxwell Communications. She has a tech husband and two daughters, one at university and one in an apprenticeship, and so she fully appreciates all the great things each path provides.
When not working, Nerys loves every class that the gym has to offer, as well as having movie nights with the family and date nights now that we can!

Customer Success Manager
Emily
I joined the NGTU team even before my graduation ceremony in 2015 receiving my bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics.
Previous roles were in retail and the nightclub industry but I really found my feet and entered the working world at Not Going to Uni on the Customer success team, capitalising on my best talent...Talking! My experience of university and the lack of options presented to me at the time gave me a great perspective of what we are trying to achieve here at NGTU.
My interests include Yoga (recently qualifying as a teacher) and all round wellness. Also theatre trips whenever I can squeeze them in!
